To access http://router.jextream.net, your router must be connected to JEXtream Router’s local network.

Please check your network connection and try again. If this issue still exists, try these following steps:

Step 1

Some Web browsers may have cached this page by accident.  You can clear the cache history of your browser and try again.

Step 2

Besides, you can also try a different browser to access http://router.jextream.net

Step 3

You may get the wrong DNS server. You can use the Router’s IP address http://192.168.10.1 to login instead of http://router.jextream.net

It is recommended to connect your device directly to JEXtream router using
the Ethernet port.
